Founder & Operator
A lifelong entrepreneur with 13 years in technology and 8 years specializing in residential and commercial integrations, Nashden founded Total Tech out of a simple passion: helping people get the most out of their tech. Networking is his favorite kind of problem to solve, and after a decade in Western North Carolina, he's proud to bring dependable, personal service to his neighbors.
Miles Davis
Office Manager
Miles keeps Total Tech running behind the scenes, handling scheduling, billing, and customer communication. With a decade of high-volume hospitality management and years in healthcare billing and sales, he's the organized, friendly voice that makes sure every customer is taken care of from first call to final invoice.
Greg Bryant
Technician
Greg brings 20+ years in low voltage, fiber optic, and A/V work, including a decade as a fiber technician with AT&T right here in Western North Carolina. From splicing and certifying fiber to structured cabling, rack builds, and A/V systems, he's seen it all — and he's spent years mentoring newer techs along the way.
Patrick Riley
Technician
Patrick is an Army National Guard IT Specialist and team leader with five-plus years keeping networks, Windows systems, and communications gear running — including enterprise network operations and hospital IT support. Awarded the Army Commendation Medal for mission-critical network work, he brings that same discipline to every install and troubleshooting call.
